Caxias do Sul/RS – Mercopar, Latin America’s major Industrial Innovation and Subcontracting Trade Fair, will once again have the participation of important companies on the national scene. Romi, headquartered in Santa Bárbara d´Oeste, São Paulo, and Latin America’s leading manufacturer of tool machines and plastic processing machines, will be one of the highlights of the event, presenting three devices: 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center Romi DCM 620-5x, Turning Center Romi GL 280M, and high performance electric injection molding machine Romi EL 75, especially designed for fast cycles. “We will strengthen Romi’s technological capacity, equipment quality and expertise in providing the best manufacturing solutions, with extensive technical support in the pre- and post-sales processes. We will also provide our clients with technical support from our sales team for optimal application of our machine tools, also offering the best payment and financing conditions to purchase domestically manufactured machines”, explains Cristiano Fraga, Marketing Manager for Porto Alegre branch office.

Long-standing exhibitor and participating uninterruptedly since 2012, Romi believes the trade fair can further strengthen its brand, presenting a comprehensive portfolio of high quality and reliable machines, in addition to a wide range of services. “The southern region, particularly Rio Grande do Sul, is very important for Romi’s business. We are glad to be participating in Mercopar, showing our productivity solutions”, says Fraga.

MARKET – In 2016 Mercopar celebrates 25 years with the expectation of creating an environment conducive to business. The trade fair, to be held from October 4 to 7, is promoted by SEBRAE/RS (Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises in Rio Grande do Sul) and Hannover Fairs Sulamerica, a Deutsche Messe AG company. Traditionally, the event offers alternatives for different sectors, such as industrial automation, rubber, electro-electronics, energy and environment, metalworking, materials handling and storage, plastics and industrial services “We also invest in Mercopar because of the relevance of the region of Caxias do Sul for the national industry and Romi. After all, Caxias do Sul concentrates the second largest metalworking hub in Brazil and one of the largest in Latin America”, says Romi manager.

Cristiano Fraga believes that the current macroeconomic scenario has led companies to further invest in competitiveness. “We know our equipment has a direct impact on this factor. Therefore it is a top priority for us to deliver solutions that improve our clients’ sustainability performance. We provide a reliable and quick line of services to ensure that their machines never stop working. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of machine tools and plastic processing machines to meet each client’s needs and requirements. And all that with the best payment conditions in the market”, Fraga adds.

Mercopar 2016 already has confirmed exhibitors from Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Argentina and China. Companies interested in participating should contact us at www.mercopar.com.br.
