Redutores IBR: guaranteed participation in Mercopar

For the 9th straight year, Redutores IBR, headquartered in Caxias do Sul, will be present at Mercopar, South America’s Industrial Innovation and Subcontracting Trade Fair to be held from October 4 to 7. This year’s participation in the fair will have a celebratory feel: the company completes 10 years of existence in 2016.

Despite the economic difficulties the country has faced in recent years, Redutores IBR once again places its trust in the partnership with Mercopar as it understands that the trade fair is a great opportunity to approach clients and a major exhibition path for products and the brand. Since the beginning of operations, the company failed to participate in only the 2007 edition. As it supplies gearmotors, speed reducers and electric motors for the entire country, Redutores IBR expects that the 25th Mercopar will keep its history of visitors not only from Rio Grande do Sul but also from other states, thus consolidating its relevance in the national metalworking industry.

The company was established in 2006 and began operating in 2007, after forming a partnership with Italian Hydro-Mec, becoming the exclusive distributor of their reducers in Brazil. Hydro-Mec is a company with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing speed reducers, operating globally – it is present in more than 50 countries – through exclusive distributors and agents. Its products provide, in addition to high quality and reliability, efficiency, modularity, lightness and modern design at competitive prices. REDUTORES IBR is an exclusive Hydro-Mec distributor in Brazil, having a local structure for assembly of speed reducers and gearmotors which allows for prompt delivery of a wide range of portfolio items, including: worm reducers, coaxial reducers, shaft-mounted reducers, helical-bevel gear reducers and single-stage reducers. This concept of local assembly also ensures fast supply of spare parts and maintenance services when needed.

Redutores IBR provides gearmotor solutions with three-phase and single-phase aluminum motors, which, besides being light, have a differentiated design. It supplies gearmotors made with the complete Weg motors line, also providing other Weg products, such as frequency inverters (lines CFW10, CFW100, CFW08, CFW11, CFW500 and CFW700), SWA servomotors and SCA servoconverters.

Mercopar is promoted by SEBRAE/RS (Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises in Rio Grande do Sul) and Hannover Fairs Sulamerica, a Deutsche Messe AG company.
